West Hill School Seed to Table Project

This will be a school project for grades pre-k-5. I would like to involve the students by upkeeping an indoor greenhouse to grow lettuce varieties that will be housed in the cafeteria. The children in the school will watch the greens grow that will eventually be a part of their school lunch in the winter months. I would also like to start seeds inside for outdoor gardens in spring, summer, and fall. I run an after school garden club of 25 students in grades 3-5 that will help me maintain the gardens.
