I am back, it has been a very busy time since I last posted. Hope everyone had a Wonderful Kitchen Garden day. That was also my 60th birthday, so I celebrated with my Husband, daughter and her fiancee by going out to a local restaurant that serves local food ( what a concept, huh?). Disappointed in the tomato crop this year but am getting a bumper crop of cucumbers, and have been busy fermenting them as well as other veggies, so far more Kvass, and a mixed batch with red onion, green beans, garlic, diakon and shiso. That one is delicious!
