We've been having a false spring of sorts here, a week or more of warm/hot weather that got us excited and perhaps planting some things too early. This week is cold and windy, some rain, even snow is predicted again. But lettuce doesn't seem to mind.
Good to see you and read you again, Penelope. Here, too, plants bolted out of the gates with unseasonably warm weather only to shiver in the cold and rain that followed. My lettuce and brassicas are hanging in there.
Glad to hear from you again. It's been a while. Stay natural, David
It's good to be back on the garden site. So far this one is proving much easier to use. How does your garden grow?
I'm glad to have this feedback, Penelope. I consider you a bellwether site user...i.e. if Penelope's happy, we must be doing something right! To answer your question, my garden's off to a slow start, at least the outdoor stuff. That's partly because of the cool weather but also because of a lot of time that went into expanding the garden as opposed to planting it. It will take off quickly though as I have lots of starts under lights ready to go outside once things warm up. How about yours?
