4/26/2012 Just made my first batch of stewed rhubarb for this season....just a spoonful with plain Greek yogurt...a great way to start the day...

Sounds like heavenly reward in *just* a spoonful! I love dense, strained Greek yoghurt & will try this combination. Better than ice-cream! This reminds me of why I always advise new gardeners to put in a perennial favorite along with their first garden experiments. Stalwart perennials such as rhubarb know what they're doing & will be glad to show you how early in the season your garden can provide you with good eating.
