I make this for breakfast.  It is a great way to start the day!  If you like it sweeter, just add more fruit.

Ingredients

  • almond or soy milk
  • spinach
  • frozen friut: I use blueberries or half of a frozen banana.
  • flax seed

Preparation

Blend amond milk with a couple handfuls of spinach leaves in the blender.  Add frozen berries and a couple tablespoons of ground flax seed.  You can make a big batch and refridgerate leftovers for a day or so.

How long does this keep you going? It sounds great but I think I would be hungry after an hour or so
