I cannot eat anything which is fried food. It's not big of a deal except that I cannot eat most sauces as they are fried. On the other hand I love bolognese sauce on my pasta and because i wanted to have similar taste without the help of the frying pan here is my healthy suggestion.
1. Peeled Tomatoes
3. Extra virgin olive oil
What i do is to put the olives, the tomatoes, tablespoon of olive oil, some salt and basil in the blender. I mix it all until i have great look and smelling pesto.
Then i chop the ham into small pieces and add them to the pasta.
Add the sauce (pesto) and mix everything.
Here is how you have the meat, the veggies and the herbs but without the frying.
