Miss Lady Bug's Herb Butter

Preparation:

My friends love this herb butter and so do I.  It's made with fresh dill and real butter.  Yes... real butter.

It's delicious on crusty bread!  Since it goes so fast at my house I decided to post the recipe for everyone to enjoy.  It consists of a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Soften butter at room temperature.  Blend in all other ingredients.  Refrigerate.

Best served at room temperature.

Enjoy!

Thanks for adding this. The dill is coming on fast and furiously and this will be a new thing we can try.
Hi Roger, I love dill and use it for all sorts of recipes. I'm wondering, on another note, is there some way to be notified when I have a new message? Thanks... I just started posting here. Miss Lady Bug
