Go to "My Profile" section of "My Account" and fill in the fields. The information will appear on your profile page and your bio and website link will appear in your author box which appears at the bottom of all your posts.
By doing the above, every time you post a blog or recipe to the KGI site, an author box will appear at the bottom of each of your contributed posts:
