Question

Can I plant sprouted garlic?

Answer

Although this is not the ideal way to plant garlic, you can plant cloves that are sprouting. Just be sure to plant them right side (green side) up and roots pointing down and give them enough water the first week or two. You will most likely not get the same large bulbs you would had you planted unsprouted cloves, a little garlic flavor can go a long way.
