How do I grow Milk Thistle?

 I just don't have a clue where to start please help :D

I haven't grown it yet, but I'm planning to this year. Here's what I've dug up so far: Sow at 20ºC (68ºF), germinates in less than two wks. 48% may be dormant. Cover minimally. This would be in the 4-6 weeks before last frost timeframe. Be careful about where you plant it, because the spikes are apparently pretty wicked, but once you have it established in an area it should self-sow as long as you let some plants go to seed.
