The University of Delaware's Garden for the Community would like to say hello to all fellow Campus Farmers. We started The Garden in 2009. All produce is donated to the Food Bank of Delaware. This year we donated over 16,000 pounds of tomatoes, watermelon, sweet corn, peppers, cucumbers, potatoes, okra, squash, beans, herbs, and tomotilla.
So happy to see you on here! What a great model for campus farms --- we would love to learn more about how you built the partnership with the Food Bank of Delaware. If any students or faculty have written papers or articles about the garden's work, please upload them to the Google Drive so we may peruse :) Congrats on such a successful operation --- looking forward to more photos here and checking out your website!
Welcome to the site, University of Delaware! Love that photo and can't wait to see more.
