That's from my Grandmother's collection of cut linen napkins from Bavaria. I love them.
Our preference for courgettes [zucchini] is courgettes in tomato sauce. Fry some onion and garlic in olive oil, add chilli powder to suit your taste, add the diced courgettes and fry some more. When things look brown throw in a can of tomatoes, or if you are lucky enough to be getting red tomatoes [our's are still green], skin a few and use those instead. Simmer till ready. Yummy. Goes great with fish in cheese sauce and mashed potato. Can you tell i come from England.
