You can grow your own food. We can help.

Garden of Eden Organics, a ministry of Valley Fellowship Church

Garden of Eden Organics is part of our Project 85257 initiative, designed to benefit the residents of our church's ministry area in the south Scottsdale area, AZ 85257. Unlike other parts of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area, most our residents live below the poverty line, and don't readily have access to healthy, organic vegetables and fruits. The goal of the Garden of Eden Organics project is to provide these high quality vegetables to the greater South Scottsdale community who would not typically have access to these high quality foods. The average household income is just $40,000 compared to Maricopa County (Phoenix area) with average income at $54,000.

This project will also focus on people helping other people. The volunteers involved, both young (primarily) and old, will learn the in's and out's of gardening, cultivation, planning, and distribution of organic foods to the community.
