eating from the garden

we have been teaching nutrition for many years and now we have stared the garden program. we have 27 gardens in my county and 87 in the state. we have them at schools and food banks. we teach kids and adults how to grow,cook and save the food. we only have a budget of 25 dollars per garden per years. so we need all the help we can get.
