I found these under one of my potato plant's leaves. Should I be concerned?
Concerned, yes. Alarmed, no. Those are potato beetle eggs. You can just rub them off.
Eggs are a good sign. They haven't hatched yet! Get rid of them now and you won't be squishing bugs later.
