You can grow your own food. We can help.

B.U.M.P. Garden

Our current garden consists of two empty raised bed boxes. These beds need compost, good dirt, seeds or seedlings, some good hard work and lots of love. Our goal is to obtain these materials through donations or grants and education. We would like to make this and any future expansions to our garden to be a part of our growing preschool programs. One goal would be to educate our teachers and their students on all the aspects required for successful gardening. As we are able to grow vegetables and fruits in the garden, perhaps a greater goal would be to provide fresh produce to pantries that serve local our community. Besides providing for the children working in these gardens to experience the taste of the fresh produce we can educate and expand the knowledge of the teachers and children and show how important it is to give to those who are in need.
