You can grow your own food. We can help.

The only bread recipe you'll ever need

Jul 20, 2011

I've been working for over a year to refine my bread technique, and just put up a post explaining how one master dough can be made into superlative bread, rolls, pita, pizza, and bagels with very little effort. It also includes a link to an excellent resource for making your own live starter, which is the key to great bread. There's no reason to learn a ton of recipes in order to bake well. Try this one dough and see how easy it all can be.
