I love bell peppers and now that I have my kitchen garden I can grow bell peppers to my heart’s content for the very first time. To get a head start I pre-sowed pepper pips in plastic pots put and them in the little greenhouse. Now I wait and wait and calculate: 8 pots with 8 seeds each plant 8 peppers = 512 bell peppers, give or take a few. Anyone out there with a great recipe for preserving bell peppers?
