Red Velvet Okra (Abelmoschus esculentus)

Dec 14, 2010

Open-pollinated organic heirloom seeds from:

http://www.seedsofchange.com/

This was my first time growing okra. This variety is vigorous and fast growing, and withstood every insect the jungle threw at it. It finally topped out at about three meters tall! Each mature pod contains 60 - 70 seeds.
