The Moose Munch Hoop House project at the Kenai Peninsula Food Bank in Soldotna, Alaska provides greens and other vegetables served in the Fireweed Diner lunches.  Evelyn has been planting, weeding and watering since May 1st. The plants are her babies and she discusses the progress with interested visitors!!!   She proudly shows a greens harvest.  Taking care of the hoophouse veggies has changed Evelyn as she tells others what is growing and what can be harvested.
