Harvesting Hope

Jul 28, 2014

The picture above is of Hope Community Garden in Oregon Ohio. So far we have donated 76 pounds of fresh produce is East Toledo Senior Center for seniors with low incomes. The excitement they show in receiving the produce is wonderful. The gardens are slow this year due to cool weather but we should soon be hauling in a great deal of produce. We have had children and first time gardeners helping in the garden and is has been a blessing seeing their excitment in being able to be a blessing to others.
