You can grow your own food. We can help.

Fentress County Senior Citizens Center Garden Project!

May 12, 2014

Our project is going wonderfully! We have used the grant monies to purchase seeds, plants, soil, and two new compost barrels! This generation doesn't believe in wasting anything so the addition of the compost barrels has been a sucess! We hope to provide fresh veggies to 30-40 senior adults! In June we hope to have our annual garden day with the children from our local library! We can do an education on recycling/compost for gardens! Thank you KGI for the grant!
